The registered-office address above is for company correspondence. It is not advertised as a showroom or a location for visits.

Using this website

You can browse our services, explore designs and request a quotation without creating a customer account. Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to staff functions, interfere with the service or submit harmful material.

The staff area is for authorised Pink Swan staff. Keep sign-in details private and sign out when using a shared device.

We work to keep the website available and accurate. It may occasionally be unavailable or contain an error. If something looks wrong, please contact us so we can check it. We may update the site and these terms; the date above identifies this version.

Enquiries and quotations

A website enquiry is a request for a conversation and a free, no-obligation quotation. It does not place an order, take a payment or confirm a consultation appointment. Your representative will discuss the next steps with you.

Measurements, product choices, installation conditions and the scope of work need to be checked before a project proceeds. Where a quotation says “subject to survey”, a surveyor’s findings may require changes to be discussed and agreed with you.

A quotation issued with 30-day validity states its expiry date and the scope to which its price applies. Keep the reference number so we can find it when you contact us. If you change the specification or return after expiry, ask for the price and scope to be confirmed.

Customer paperwork sets out the agreed total, any deposit, recorded payments, the balance and when it is due. Any changes to the work or price must be explained and agreed.

Products, design and warranty

Product photographs, diagrams and colours help you explore possibilities. Screen settings can affect colour, and a diagram is not a manufacturing drawing. Confirm the exact specification, finish, opening arrangement and suitability in your quotation and survey.

Benefits such as comfort, energy efficiency, security and reduced upkeep depend on the selected product, installation and property. Discuss the specification for your home with your representative; website descriptions do not promise a particular saving or performance figure.

Pink Swan offers a 15-year warranty. Applicable cover, terms and care requirements are provided with the quotation and warranty documents. Any separate manufacturer’s guarantee, including an Ultion guarantee where applicable, has its own eligibility, registration requirements and terms.

A promotion applies only as described in its details and the resulting written quotation. An area shown in the promotion banner invites an enquiry; it does not by itself confirm eligibility, availability or a particular reduction.
